My airless bottle does not function. Is it defective ?

– No. On the first use, you may have to pump a dozen time to expel the air out of the bottle before the Primer starts coming out. Note the airless bottle is a tubeless system.

Where do I enter a discount code?

– On the way to checkout.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

– The speed of receiving your order can depends on the country and location your order is being shipped to. After your order is processed, shipping usually takes 7 to 28 business days. To Europe 7-10 day.s

 

Do we get a tracking number after we order?

– Yes, all orders include tracking. It will automatically be sent to your email you provide us with during checkout, you can track it.

 

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

– You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another when your order is on it’s way along with tracking.

 

How can I pay?

We currently accept PayPal and credit card payments, also you do not need a PayPal account to pay.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

– Unfortunately once you place your order it cannot be changed after, but in some cases we can, just email us at info@phytomineralis.com and we will do our best to help you out.

 

Can I refund or exchange my order?

– In some cases we will allow refunds, up to 14 days, just make sure to message us and we will be glad to assist you. Once your order is mailed out, we cannot take responsibility if it is damaged, lost or delayed.

 

 

What happens if I typed the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us ASAP at info@phytomineralis.com and we will change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send your order with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

 

Taxes & Duties:

We are not responsible for VAT, international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
